VIP Client Rewards |
||||
Any client that schedules a standing service appointment (haircut, style, etc) within a six week interval for 1 year in advance receives a 10% discount on the standing service. |
||||
Client Referral Rewards Program |
||||
As a way of saying “Thank you,” for every first time client referred to the salon referring client will receive a $10 service credit to be used toward their next service with the referred service provider. |

Pre Booking |

It is recommended you pre book your appointments, as soon as possible, for the best availability. |

For Your Comfort |
||||
For the safety of your children and the pleasure of your visit, no one under the age of 8 will be allowed without an appointment or unless supervised by an adult not receiving a service. |

Payments |

For your convenience, we accept cash, major credit cards, and personal checks with proper identification. |

Cancellations |
||||
Studio M Salon has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours will require payment of 25% of scheduled service. Late shows will have to reschedule. |

No Shows/Late Arrivals |

In our efforts to provide you with the most availability and for your convenience, we require a 12 hour notice for all cancellations. Our voicemail system is available 24/7 for your convenience. In order to protect the livelihood of our team and to keep up with our client demand, a broken appointment fee of one half of scheduled services will be applied to clients who abuse this policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call us to make sure that we can still take care of you. We will do our best to complete all of your scheduled services. Thank you for your understanding in regards to these important issues. We appreciate your support. |

Return Policy |
||||
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be no refunds on products. Products will not be exchanged after 30 days. |
