To ensure we hire the best of the best, we have an exclusive three part interview process. Initial interviews with the owner and perspective employee to discuss skills, ambitions and goals. A lunch meeting is set up with the perspective employee and at least two current team members as a simple "get to know me" time. After the lunch, the perspective employee is scheduled for an observation shift to get to know the salon's atmosphere and be sure it is a great fit!
